Stemcell 15061HLA RosetteSep™ HLA T Cell Enrichment Cocktail 旨在通过阴性选择从全血中分离T细胞。不需要的细胞被四聚体抗体复合物（TAC）瞄准去除，通过识别CD16,CD19,CD36,CD56,CD66b和糖蛋白A红血细胞（红细胞）。当离心超过浮力密度如RosetteSep™DM-L（产品编号15705）或淋巴制剂™（产品编号07801），不需要的细胞颗粒介质随着红细胞。纯化的T细胞作为高度富集的大量在血浆和浮力密度介质之间的界面存在。所需的细胞立即准备用在血清学或流式细胞仪交叉配型试验。
