Stemcell 15064HLA RosetteSep™ HLA B Cell Enrichment Cocktail 旨在通过阴性选择从全血中分离B细胞。不需要的细胞被四聚体抗体复合物瞄准并去除,通过识别CD2,CD3,CD16,CD3,CD5,CD66b,CD71和糖蛋白A红血细胞(红细胞)。当离心超过浮力密度如RosetteSep™DM-L(产品编号15705)或淋巴制剂™(产品编号07801),不需要的细胞颗粒介质随着红细胞一起形成小球。将纯化的B细胞作为高度富集的大量在血浆和浮力密度介质之间的界面存在。所需的细胞立即被准备用来血清学或流式细胞仪交叉配型试验。
