抗体IgG包被的磁珠,用于分离纯化样品中的靶体―上海金山科研平台

通过在磁珠表面包被上特异性抗体、受体等,用于分离纯化样品中的靶体。目前,磁珠已被广泛应用于免疫分析、核酸分离提取、细胞分选、酶的固定等多个领域。

磁珠一般具有超强的顺磁性,在磁场中能够迅速聚集,离开磁场后又能够有助于磁分离地均匀分散。其次,具有合适的且差别较小的粒径,保证了足够强的磁响应性又不会沉降。再次,具有丰富的表面活性基团,以便可以和生化物质偶联,并在外磁场的作用下实现与被待测样品的分离。与传统的分离方法相比,把磁珠用于生化样品复杂组分的的分离,能够实现分离和富集的同时进行,有效地提高了分离速度和富集效率,同时也使分析检测的灵敏度大大提升。
