Description: The substrate solution used for assaying lipid kinases.
Formulation : Frozen substrate solution containing: 0.125mM of Phosphatidylinositol 4,5-biphosphate [PI(4,5)P2 or PtdIns(4,5)P]
and 1mM of Phosphatidylserine (PS) in 1x Lipid Dilution Buffer (Catalog# L21-09).
Storage, Stability and Shipping : Store product at –20oC. For optimal storage, aliquot diluted product into smaller quantities and
store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Molecular Weight : The molecular weight of Phosphatidylserine (PS) is: 812.05.
