Description: Stock solution of buffer used for assaying kinase protein.

Formulation : Frozen solution of buffer containing: 25 mM MOPS, pH7.2, 12.5mM B-glycerol-phosphate,

25mM MgCl2, 5mM EGTA, 2mM EDTA, 0.25mM DTT.

Sterility : Buffer passed through a 0.2µ filter membrane and packaged aseptically.

Storage, Stability and Shipping : Store product at –20oC. For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller

quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance,

avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
